Un patto con tutte, o quasi le principali organizzazioni sindacali (Cgi, Cisl e Uil ndr). Denominato #FabbricaRoma vuole istituire un tavolo aperto con Governo, Regione Lazio e forze produttive, che si riunirà con cadenza settimanale e lavorerà per individuare risorse, strumenti normativi e obiettivi strategici, per promuovere uno sviluppo sociale e sostenibile della Capitale.
Il progetto prende il nome di #FabbricaRoma «perchè la parola fabbrica richiama un luogo dove si lavora per costruire qualcosa di reale» – ha spiegato la sindaca Raggi – «la firma di oggi arriva come primo passo di un lungo lavoro, durato un anno».
I pilastri dell’accordo risultano essere quattro: innovazione, infrastrutture, zero burocrazia e defiscalizzazione. L’accordo siglato punta infatti a contrastare la tendenza alla deindustrializzazione e mantenere vivo il tessuto produttivo, aprendo una visione partecipata della città che possa restituire un ruolo alle forze produttive della Capitale.
Legacoop Lazio, che accoglie con soddisfazione l’iniziativa del Comune, porterà ovviamente sul tavolo di confronto il tema della cooperazione. Tra i primi nodi da sciogliere, appunto, l’azzeramento degli affidamenti per la cooperazione sociale di tipo B. La cooperazione, che ha come scopo primario quello di «non lasciare indietro nessuno», ha però bisogno del supporto dell’Amministrazione capitolina affinché questo obiettivo possa essere raggiunto.
Un primo segnale, che si spera, arrivi al più presto, sarà rappresentato dalla convocazione di Legacoop Lazio per la firma del patto “FabbricaRoma”.
Il tema dell’inserimento lavorativo dei soggetti svantaggiati deve passare in primo piano nell’agenda politica della città.
